Alongside fresh fruit, muesli and yoghurt, the morning spread includes freshly-baked breads, croissants and a heavenly-scented homemade buckwheat cake. Erika is of the firm conviction that you cannot fail to sample the homemade jams, made with Vinschgau apricots and strawberries from the garden.
The same goes for the organic herbal blend from the Hohenegger house - grown, picked, dried and blended by Barbara, the landlady of the hotel. A wonderfully scented tea blend of mint, lemon balm, elderflower, camomile, marigold and thyme. And that’s how every day begins!
