Get the morning off to a good start.

Good morning – breakfast is ready! It’s 8 o’clock, and the first rays of sun glimmer through between the Dolomite peaks. The first of the early-risers are hunting out their box-seat in the open air as Erika, brimming over with vitality, steps out onto the terrace. Her warm welcome fills you with enthusiasm, vitality and joy at the prospect of the coming day. It is Erika who has prepared the buffet with so much love and care.
Alongside fresh fruit, muesli and yoghurt, the morning spread includes freshly-baked breads, croissants and a heavenly-scented homemade buckwheat cake. Erika is of the firm conviction that you cannot fail to sample the homemade jams, made with Vinschgau apricots and strawberries from the garden.
The same goes for the organic herbal blend from the Hohenegger house - grown, picked, dried and blended by Barbara, the landlady of the hotel. A wonderfully scented tea blend of mint, lemon balm, elderflower, camomile, marigold and thyme. And that’s how every day begins!
