What do you do for sustainability in your hotel?
- We produce our own electricity with two photovoltaic systems, and the rest is green electricity from Alperia.
- We heat as much as possible with solar energy.
- The remaining energy is sourced as district heating, i.e., heating via a central plant with wood chips, a by-product of the timber industry.
- We try to buy regional, local, and seasonal products and produce what we can ourselves: herbs, jams, syrups, ice cream, cakes, pasta, tea, spreads, and more.
