That way a five-course-menu becomes an unforgettable treat!

Fit into the day

After a recreative night we would like to delight you with a rich, healthy and vital breakfast. Start your day with fresh bread, different kinds of muesli, home-made jams, fresh fruit, fruit juices, bakery products, croissants, different cold meat and cheese specialities and eggs in all variations.

- 8 egg yolks
- 200g sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 orange zest
- 250g grated hazelnuts
- 300g cooled gingerbread biscuits with chocolate ground
- 1 baking powder
