IVV: - Circular hiking tour on the Renon

IVV is the abbreviation for "Internationaler Volkssport Verein" - international sports club.
Hiking is sport in its purest form. More and more people realize the value of sport and want to enjoy the amenities of movement under a blue sky and the active experience of intact nature. From there arose the idea to determine numerically how far one has hiked. The IVV elaborated a concept that by now is applied worldwide: Hikers manage selected paths in the most beautiful parts of the world. These paths are measured accurately and thus you can determine exactly how many kilometres have been hiked during the course of a serious hiking career. Also on the Renon there exists such a IVV circular hiking tour since May 2000 which leads optionally over 120 or 160 km. The six to eight sections are indeed somewhat more demanding, but scenically undeniably more beautiful. And there is one more particularity at the IVV round trip of Renon: The hiking trail is not marked with an own mark, as customary, but follows the local marks. Consequently the Renon IVV hikers have to deal with the area and previous experience has shown that this additional challenge causes an even bigger satisfaction with the participants. The IVV circular hiking trail with its various documents is not only interesting for the so-called kilometre collectors: Due to the detailed and exact directions, the documents for the IVV circular hiking tour are the ideal hiking guide to get to know the Renon.
